OUR PRICING STRUCTURE
It’s pretty simple really. We have a few peak times throughout the year and very reasonable rates for the rest of the time. To maker it as uncomplicated as possible the rental prices below are for the villa per week, regardless of how many (up to 6) people there are.

BOOKING NOTES:
- A £200 non refundable deposit is required on confirmation of booking. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure.
- A fully refundable breakage deposit of £200 in cash is required on arrival which is refundable on departure inspection.
